1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using HuntJack (the "Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement and to abide by all of the terms and conditions set forth herein. Access to the Platform is restricted in certain jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to ensure your use of the service complies with local laws.
3. Risks
You understand that using cryptocurrency and blockchain-based services involves significant risks. The value of assets can fluctuate wildly, and you may lose all funds deposited. By using HuntJack, you acknowledge these risks and agree that HuntJack is not liable for any financial losses incurred.
4. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities: (i) attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Platform; (ii) taking any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure; (iii) using any robot, spider, invalid data, or other automated means to access the Service.
5. Intellectual Property
The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of HuntJack and its licensors. The Platform is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall HuntJack, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
